Urdang rebrands to CenterSquare

Bank of New York Mellon subsidiary Urdang has been renamed.
The big US-based group said that effective from 1 July, 2013 Urdang Capital Management would become CenterSquare Investment Management.
The announcement said the new name reflected the fact that, worldwide, a city’s “center square” was the heart of its vibrancy and the location of its highest strategic value.
“Our new name symbolises the strategic value we aim to deliver to our partners - strong performance built on an entrepreneurial culture and institutional strength,” the announcement said.
