Software delivers more time for advice
Financial planning company Wealthsure will roll out Coin Software to its financial advisers in a bid to free up more of their time for clients.
The dealer group has formed an alliance with Coin Software to deliver the financial planning suite to all 130 of its financial advisers.
Wealthsure practice manager Shaun Mulquiney said the software would save advisers time and provide the best solutions to meet clients’ needs.
According to Mulquiney, the decision to adopt Coin was prompted by the advisers themselves.
“We are a very flexible organisation and many of our advisers had already started to take up Coin,” Mulquiney said.
“They know what they want, they know what software will meet their needs and the service levels of Coin are extremely good.
Coin managing director Tony Graham said discussions with Wealthsure had focused on the functionality and support that Coin could deliver.
He said each practice was likely to operate separately, and would run its own data independently.
Implementation of functionality from the Coin suite would also be assessed on a case-by-case basis, according to the composition of each practice.
“It depends on the users,” he said.
“Administration staff have different requirements to paraplanners and senior planners, so we’ll roll out modules on the basis of what each practice needs.”
Graham said tailored training packages had already been introduced to help Wealthsure advisers get the most from the software’s functionality.
