Sealcorp changes name
Sealcorp Holdings has a new identity, with the company shedding its former corporate brand to become Asgard Wealth Solutions in a move to create a clear and nationally consistent image for the company.
Chief executive Geoff Lloyd said staff, advisers and customers had been confused by the company’s numerous brands.
“Our clients and their clients said that we needed a clear brand strategy, that we needed some simplification of our brand structure. That would make advisers’ jobs easier because they spend a lot of time at the moment explaining who we are and what we stand for.”
Lloyd said Asgard Wealth Solutions had been selected as the new corporate name because Asgard had strong recognition and equity, while wealth solutions explained the company’s business.
The new branding, unveiled today, includes logos, a website and revamped foyers for each of the company’s state offices.
The logo is predominantly red — the company’s corporate colour — and reads ‘Asgard Wealth Solutions’ in a simple font. The ‘g’ and ‘a’ in the middle of ‘Asgard’ are joined, which Lloyd said represented the company’s confidence.
Other graphical features include black and white photographs of staff members, and enlarged quotation marks, which Lloyd explained symbolised the company’s dialogue with its customers.
