RBC Dexia launches new service
RBC Dexia Investor Services has launched an on-line version of its Shareholder Accounting and Registration Application (SARA) and made it available for retail and wholesale clients in Australia as well as advisers.
The launch of the application follows on from the company’s introduction of an automated fund processing service in Australia earlier this year.
Commenting on the launch, RBC Dexia Investor Services managing director David Travers described it as a significant milestone for RBC Dexia, making it the first to offer such capabilities to retail and wholesale clients in Australia.
He said the technology provided significant flexibility in areas such as fund ownership and structures, relationship models, investor details and pricing options.
