With financial planners looking to gain some perspective on the economic outlook for 2016, the Australian Business Economists will next week be looking to provide a guide via their conference and annual dinner.

The conference will see senior Treasury official, Nigel Ray provide a macroeconomic context, while the Governor of the Reserve Bank, Glenn Stevens will address the conference dinner.

As well, the conference will hear from some of Australia's most senior business economists, including Bill Evans - Chief Economist at Westpac Banking Corporation, Stephen Walters - Chief Economist, Australia and New Zealand for J.P. Morgan, and Richard Yetsenga - Head of Global Markets Research at ANZ.
