Pentafin share buy makes OneVue independent
Specialist financial services technology provider OneVue Limited is now claiming to be wholly independently-owned following the acquisition of a major shareholding by Pentafin Wealth Systems.
The company announced that the shares had previously been held by Direct Portfolio Group Limited and that the ownership change would make OneVue "an independent and non-institutionally aligned company".
The company said it owned and controlled all its underlying technologies, including its unified managed account, separately managed account, unit registry and superannuation software.
