Bravura signs Partners Life to Sonata platform
Bravura Solutions has signed a five-year deal to provide its Sonata wealth management software to the New Zealand life insurance company Partners Life.
Under the agreement, Partners Life will implement Sonata as its insurance administration platform, covering all aspects of the policy lifecycle.
Partners Life managing director Naomi Ballantyne said her company chose Sonata after extensive market analysis that found it to be the most operational and cost efficient.
“Sonata will provide the solution to meet our administration, workflow, broker new business interface and reporting requirements,” she said.
The agreement comes just a month after Bravura announced it had appointed Macquarie Capital Advisers to assess a number of unsolicited approaches to acquire the company, in addition to the disclosed approach on 31 August, 2010.
