AFA creates new leadership role

Roz Kaye has been appointed as the Association of Financial Advisers' (AFA) newly created role of member services manager.
Kaye will be responsible for delivering high-value member services and support membership growth of the AFA.
AFA general manager for member services, partnerships and campus AFA, Nick Hakes, said the role was created on the back of the association's 40 per cent growth over the past year.
"We are delighted to have someone of Roz's calibre and expertise join the AFA leadership team," Hakes said.
Kaye was most recently head of operations for Netwealth Advice Group, and prior to that she was a licensee relationship manager at Premium Wealth Management.
AFA chief executive, Brad Fox, said the appointment followed a redesign of the association's leadership team.
"We recently appointed Samantha Clarke to the newly created role of general manager, policy, professionalism and marketing, and refocused the role of Nick Hakes," Fox said.
