Western AM makes key hire
Legg Mason affiliate, Western Asset Management Pty Ltd, has appointed a new head of client service and marketing.
The company announced this week that former PIMCO Australia staffer, Michael Dale had been appointed to the role.
The announcement said that Dale would be primarily responsible for overseeing client service, institutional business development and consultant relations.
It said he would closely with local business head and Head of FI, Australia, Anthony Kirkham.
The appointment expands Western Asset's Melbourne office to 17 staff members.
