Strategy Steps has appointed Jennifer Brookhouse as a third director of the company, adding to its research and technical capabilities. She will join Strategy Steps founders and directors Assyat David and Louise Biti. Brookhouse is the former head of technical services at Zurich Financial Services. She will be responsible for technical support in superannuation, tax, social security and estate planning.

David said that Brookhouse would bring skill and industry experience, and would place the company in a stronger position to cater to its growing client base of large dealer groups, fund managers and boutique practices.

Brookhouse is a former ING national technical manager for ING’s aligned dealer groups. She has more than 16 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
