Research and ratings house group, Lonsec Fiscal Holdings, has announced key changes within its senior executive ranks.

Amanda Gillespie and Nathan MacPhee have been announced as Joint Chief Executive Officers of the Lonsec Fiscal Group of companies with effect from 1 July, with David Erdonmez being promoted to chief executive of Lonsec Research while Adam Gee is promoted to chief executive of SuperRatings.

The changes will also see SuperRatings and Lonsec Fiscal Group managing director, Jason Clark, move to a non-executive director role from the end of this month.

Lonsec Fiscal Holdings chair, Jeff Bresnahan said Clark’s continued role on the Board and the internal appointments provided continuity within the Group.

“There are no changes to either the composition of the Board or to the shareholding of the Group,” he said.
