Hastings Funds Management appoints new CEO

Hastings Funds Management has appointed former Babcock and Brown chief executive Steve Boulton as its new chief executive officer.

The company announced today that Boulton would also be joining the Hastings Funds Management board as a director and would be taking up his new role in early September.

Prior to his role at Babcock and Brown, Boulton was chief executive of New Zealand’s second largest energy distribution utility, Powerco.
