Frontier chairman resigns

Frontier Advisors chairman Geoff Ashton has stepped down as both chairman and independent director after seven years on the board.
Frontier director, Gabriel Szondy, will step into the role of chairman once Ashton’s resignation becomes effective and the board will begin the search for a new temporary director in the fourth quarter of this year.
Ashton’s resignation will take effect at the conclusion of the Frontier Annual General Meeting, on 27 October, 2014.
