The Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA) will run six exam sittings in 2021, in 31 locations across metropolitan and regional Australia.

Advisers could still elect to sit the exam online remotely at their preferred time during the exam sitting window.

The remaining 2020 dates would be held in November and December, with the August exam results due at the end of September.

Registration for the October exam was open until 16 September, while registration for the November exam was open now until 16 October.

Advisers had until 31 December, 2021, to pass the exam but could re-sit future exams if they were unsuccessful.

FASEA had offered 7 exams with 439 sittings across 31 locations and online with over 10,200 having sat the exam with an average pass rate of 85%.
