AMP launches online premium quoting tool
AMP has launched an online risk premium quoting tool for independent financial advisers.
AMP stated that Easyquote would enable advisers to obtain quotations for AMP risk products, and advisers who wished to proceed with the quotation could automatically pre-populate and lodge the application without re-entering data.
The company claimed that Easyquote would allow advisers to validate risk premium estimates for AMP products provided by XPLAN’s Risk Researcher.
AMP worked closely with advisers in developing the tool, focusing on ease of use and tailoring it to advisers’ needs, according to AMP’s director IFA and alliance distribution Dan Powell.
“Advisers will also notice the navigation and look and feel of Adviser Online has improved making it a lot easier for advisers to access market-leading resources and support available to them,” Powell said.
Easyquote will support all contemporary AMP retail risk products and will be available from 21 February 2011, according to AMP.
