Diversa acquires administrator

Superannuation administration company Diversa has acquired SuperAdmin Services.
The company announced this week that - at the same time as entering into a three-year promotion and administration agreement with the Transport Industry Superannuation Fund - it had acquired the fund's administrator, SuperAdmin Services.
Commenting on the acquisition, Diversa managing director, Stuart Korchinski said it built on the company's superannuation promotion and administration capability, and was in line with its objective of providing key services to specialist funds and advisors to help them compete with larger industry peers.
