Qantas Super appoints member experience head
Qantas Super has appointed has appointed a new head of member experience.
The corporate fund announced this week it had appointed senior marketing and communications executive, Stuart Langeveldt, to the role.
Confirming the appointment, Qantas Super chief executive, Michael Clancy said Langeveldt’s appointment reinforced the fund’s continued commitment to enhancing products and services and engaging its members.
“Stuart is a highly talented executive, with great depth of experience, and he will help Qantas Super rise to the significant challenge of helping our members be confident in their financial future so they can enjoy retirement,” he said.
Clancy said that over the next three years, Qantas Super would be rolling out initiatives that would connect it more personally and regularly with its members, and Langeveldt would be a key driver of the initiatives.
Langeveldt succeeds Dimity MacDonald who resigned from Qantas Super in December, last year.
