New NZ head for BNP Paribas Securities Services

BNP Paribas Securities Services has appointed a new head of its New Zealand business.

The company announced today that Barry Dench had been appointed to head up the New Zealand business based in Wellington, and would be reporting to the managing director of BNP Paribas Securities Services Australia in New Zealand, Pierre Jond.

Dench - who was head of Westpac's custody business before joining BNP Paribas - has been responsible for client service and relationship management for asset managers in Australia and New Zealand.
