Key management changes at ClearView

ClearView Wealth has announced key management changes recruiting former Zurich executive Gerard Kerr as general manager life insurance and appointing Deborah Lowe as general manager, wealth management.

The company announced the management changes at the same time as confirming the volume of a $75 million wholesale subordinated notes offer.

It said that Kerr would be joining ClearView from February next year and would be accountable for the end-to-end life insurance business.

The announcement said that Lowe would move from her current position as general manager, people and operations to the new role of general manager, wealth management.

It said that Nadine Gooderick would be joining the business as general manager, transformation.

Gooderick was previously with Reinsurance Group of America.
