Irish administration and compliance software company Financial Risk Solutions (FRS) has announced its entry into the Australian investment administration software market.

This built on their 2018 expansion into Asia, assisted by the recent acquisition of FRS by Constellation Software Inc. Constellation Software Inc. was another provider of software and services, to public and private sector markets globally.

FRS’s expansion into the Australian market had been driven entirely by industry demand for the InvestPro system as many administrations and investment management firms prepare for potential disruption from new technology-based market entrants.

The company had been in advanced talks with several new clients and will start working to deliver the software via cloud deployment on Microsoft Azure.

Matthew Baldwin, FRS managing director Asia, said FRS has a proven track record of delivering its system in the agreed timeframe and budgeted cost.

“This move into the Australian market is incredibly exciting for everyone at FRS and culminates a period of growth,” Baldwin said.

The Dublin-headquartered company provided unit linked investment administration and compliance oversight software.
