Charter Hall restructures executive roles

Charter Hall (CHC) has restructured its senior executive positions and announced that its corporate development director Jelte Bakker will now also take on the role of chief financial officer.

A CHC statement said there was a need to streamline executive resources within the group.

Bakker succeeds Peter Roberts, who has been with the group for 18 months.

Bakker joined CHC in 2007 having previously worked at Macquarie Bank. He also advised CHC on its successful initial public offering in mid-2005.
