Boe Pahari to head Asia Pacific infrastructure for AMP Capital

AMP Capital Investors has named Boe Pahari as the new head of infrastructure Asia Pacific, commencing March 22.

Global head of infrastructure Phil Garling said Pahari would lead a diverse team of investment professionals in Sydney, Mumbai, Singapore and Beijing with a brief to further expand investment activities in Australia and the Asia Pacific.

“Boe brings a wealth of experience to the AMP Capital infrastructure team and will form an integral part in leading our expansion efforts in Australasia and Asia,” Garling said.

“Importantly, Boe’s focus will be on ensuring we provide superior investment performance and we continue to add value for our clients,” Garling concluded.

Pahari has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry, beginning at Citigroup then with ABN AMRO in Singapore, Amsterdam, New York and London. During this period Pahari worked in regional and global positions, including regional chief financial officer Asia Pacific, head of infrastructure capital Americas, global head of integrated finance/infrastructure capital and global head structured capital.
