BlackRock's alternative investments appointment


Blackrock has appointed a new head of its BlackRock Alternative Investors Strategy Group for the Asia Pacific, excluding Japan.
The company announced today that it had appointed Joseph Pacini to the role, who will be working in close collaboration with BlackRock's Global BAI Strategy Group to build out the company's Asian alternatives platform and product offering.
Pacini joins BlackRock from J.P. Morgan Private Bank (Asia), where he was head of alternative investments.
