Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) specialist, BetaShares has further grown its team.

The company announced this week it had expanded its marketing team with two new hires, which represented a direct response to continued growth which had seen it reach $3 billion in funds under management (FUM).

The company said it had employed Alicia Mclean as senior marketing manager, and Ele de Vere as marketing executive, and that it was planning to recruit a Melbourne-based client service team to strengthen its presence in Victoria.

It said McIean brought over 12 years' experience in marketing and project management, with previous roles at ANZ E*TRADE, Endgame Communications and Macquarie Bank, while De Vere had six years of marketing experience.
