Vanguard Australia makes senior appointments
Vanguard Australia has announced senior appointments to its distribution team in response to a growing number of intermediary, institutional and retail clients.
Matt Willis and Rebecca Pope were appointed as the new head of institutional and new head of intermediary, respectively, while Colleen Campbell has been named head of client services and administration.
Willis previously held the role of Vanguard Australia’s national sales manager, adviser sales, while Pope worked across both sales excellence and planning and intermediary and retail marketing. Campbell was previously Vanguard’s senior product manager, client engagement.
Vanguard Australia’s head of distribution, Matthew Lumsden, said that the revised structure for the company’s distribution team would comprise of four divisional heads for international, intermediary, client services and administration, as well as sales excellence and planning.
Vanguard said a recruitment process was underway to fill the head of sales excellence and planning position.
“These changes are driven by our commitment to provide the best quality client experience across all segments of the Australian market,” Lumsden said.
“Each individual brings substantial and diverse expertise to the team.”
