AMP expands Asian equities team
AMP Capital Investors has expanded its Asian equities team further, with the appointment of Jonathan Reoch to the position of senior portfolio manager.
Reoch’s appointment brings the Asian equities team to six, located across Sydney and Beijing.
Reoch was previously the Asian regional financials analyst for Maple-Brown Abbott. He was responsible for analysis and stock calls on financial companies across Asian countries.
Reoch also worked at ABN Amro as head of the Australian banks team and as the equity strategist at CSFB Australia. He also worked for Martin Currie Investment Management as a portfolio manager for Asian Pacific and Indian portfolios.
AMP head of Asian equities Karma Wilson said: “We’re very pleased to have Jonathan join our team. Asian investment markets offer exciting investment opportunities and the expansion of our team makes us well-placed to continue delivering these opportunities to our clients.”
