AMP Horizons director Tim Steele will take over as managing director of dealer group ipac, reporting to AMP director, advice network and strategic development Andrew Waddell, from early 2013.

Current head of ipac Neil Swindells will take on responsibility for AMP's direct equity investments in financial planning practices across several licensees, also reporting to Waddell, AMP announced.
