Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are practicing Financial Planners. Money Management employees (and their families) plus contributors are not eligible to enter.
  2. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Those already subscribers to Money Management e-Newsletter may not apply.
  3. Entry is restricted to those 18 years of age or older. Note: Legal aged consumers should be advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are: Males: Up to 6 standard drinks on anyone day, no more than 3 days a week and Females: Up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week.
  4. Promotion commences Thursday 7th July 2011. Entries close on Monday 8th August 2011. The draw will take place at midday, Friday 12th August at 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067. The winner will be notified by phone or email mail and published in Money Management e-newsletter in the week of 29th August 2011 to 02 September 2011. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at Reed Business Information on Friday 2nd December 2011 at 12 noon and published in Money Management e-newsletter in the week of November 28th 2011 to 09 December 2011. Subject to any written directions given under the Trade Promotions regulations of each state in Australia. All entries will be placed into a barrel and the first completed entry picked will win the prize.
  5. The prize is a box of wine consisting of 2 x bottles of Tonic Barossa Shiraz 08, Murray Street Barossa SMG, Johann Shiraz cabernet, Mountadam Chardonnay and Claymore Riesling. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No part is refundable or redeemable for cash.
  6. Total prize is valued is at $500.
  7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  8. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
