Premium recruits development head

Independent planning group Premium Wealth Management has hired former IOOF-aligned manager Justin Viney to lead its network's development.
Viney was previously general manager of practice development at IOOF's Lonsdale Financial Group and is a certified accountant and financial adviser.
In his new role as head of network development, Viney will be responsible for trying to integrate financial planning options into accounting firms to broaden their offering, Premium's managing director, Paul Harding-Davis, said.
"Justin has extensive experience across both financial planning and accountancy practice development and will be a valuable asset to Premium as we grow the business," he said.
Premium currently oversees 23 member firms and $2 billion in funds under advice.
