NSP Buck goes online
NSP Buck is launching an online superannuation administration service for fund members.
Called oneclick benefits online, the service is Internet-based and will allow members to gain access to information on their fund as well as tools to help them plan their investment strategies.
NSP Buck deputy chief executive Christopher Butler says the launch of the new service is to meet the demand for online information.
"There is a business-to-business shift to online transaction processing, and consumer demand for access to self-service financial information and resources," he says.
"We are concerned that traditional methods of delivering employee benefits leave organisations exposed to higher costs, greater risks and with less focus on core activities."
Future plans for the oneclick service include access to online employee share plans, health plans, insurance plans and savings plans.
Butler says his company is looking to create a leading position in the corporate superannuation market.
"Through oneclick, NSP Buck recognises that businesses prefer the ease and speed of electronic transactions to paper," he says.
"Oneclick technology is designed with straight-through processing in mind."
To support the online service, NSP Buck has created a service centre to support the online service, with experienced employee benefit professionals dedicated to providing employees with the help they need to maximise the oneclick services, Butler says.
