Plans by online investment research house InvestorWeb to list on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) have taken another step forward with the appointment of Bridges Financial Services as sponsoring broker.

Bridges will manage the ASX listing which Investor Web director Otto Buttula says is on track for the first week in July.

Buttula says the listing does not require underwriting due to the high demand from potential investors.

While he could not give exact numbers until the offer closes, a priority allocation of shares will be offered to those who had signed up as 12 month Diamond members of Investorweb.
