Growth path for Integrated
Specialist provider of professional financial protection advice and services, Integrated Financial, has announced it has entered the next phase of its growth strategy, with plans to expand its services to other states.
Integrated Financial managing director Peter Moyle said with the financial services marketplace evolving at an unprecedented rate, it is the right time for Integrated Financial to move forward.
“While the majority of my clients are South Australian based I have been experiencing a steady and growing demand for Integrated Financial’s services and expertise in other capital cities.”
According to Moyle, his support team is the most important asset in his business and has made a key objective in his strategy to grow the number of Integrated Financial risk specialist advisers.
“Staff retention, development and growth underpin the service, administrative and support framework. And the number of staff has grown in response to Integrated Financial’s business growth,” Moyle said.
“Additional advisers will be recruited to join Integrated Financial and service the risk protection needs of existing and the growing number of clients.”
Moyle said, in response to Integrated Financial’s projected growth in Adelaide and build up in staff numbers, he is also preparing to expand his current premises having already allocated the funding needed.
“It is inevitable that the practice will require larger premises, our options will be to expand within the current premises or seek another location that will be convenient and accessible for clients, advisers and our team,” he said.
Moyle said for the past two years his company has met with his 20 per cent growth targets and 2008 will provide a prime opportunity for Integrated Financial to step up its growth plans.
“The economy is in excellent shape and as a result, business owners are borrowing more than ever to grow their operations and take advantage of marketplace opportunities,” he said.
“This represents an outstanding opportunity for risk protection specialists to provide strategies and solutions that will safeguard the future financial viability of these businesses.”
“As a result, the strong economy and business opportunities are providing the incentive to accelerate Integrated Financial’s business growth objectives.”
