AMP announces new leadership structure

AMP Limited has integrated the business teams of AXA/AMP Financial Services and AMP Capital Investors in a move it says will intensify the company’s customer and external focus.
The move, announced by AMP Financial Service’s managing director, Craig Meller, will become effective from 1 August and involves seven financial services divisions as well as a separate division for AMP Capital.
The new divisions see the AMP Financial Planning, advice and services network, led by Steve Helmich and Andrew Waddell, ipac led by Neil Swindell, operations led by Wendy Thorpe, strategic sales and marketing headed by Adrian Emery, banking and wealth management products headed by Rob Caprioli, wealth protection and mature products led by Ian Campbell and AMP Financial Services, New Zealand, led by Jack Regan.
