Pinnacle appoints head of product and strategy
Pinnacle Investment Management has appointed Steve Gamerov as director of product and strategy, which the company claims will further support the growth of its ‘house of boutiques’ model.
Gamerov will be responsible for assisting Pinnacle’s existing fund managers and engaging with the funds management marketplace to enhance and sustain the company’s reputation.
Gamerov has 17 years of experience in asset consulting, manager research and multi-manager portfolio management, and comes to the role from MIR Investment Management where he was a senior portfolio specialist.
He has also worked as head of investment solutions for St George Bank and director of investment consulting at Fifth Quadrant Actuaries and Consultants.
Total funds under management of Pinnacle affiliated investment managers has grown from $4.4 billion as at 30 June, 2009 to currently over $10 billion.
