Peeyush Gupta to join NAB board

Well-known funds management identity and founder of IPAC Securities, Peeyush Gupta is to join the board of National Australia Bank (NAB). 

The big banking group announced Gupta's board appointment to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)today saying he would join as a non-executive director from 5 November. 

Gupta succeeds Geoff Tomlinson on the NAB board.
