PAN-Tribal Asset Management has announced an appointment of Nick Baring to the role of key account manager, in which he will join David Myers in servicing dealer groups and financial advisers in Victoria.

The company said the appointment followed its successful year as the PAN-Tribal Global Equity Fund passed the $100 million milestone.

Baring had over 15 years’ business development and account management experience across the financial services industry, with firms including NAB Asset Management, MLC, and the Commonwealth Bank/ Colonial First State Group.

PAN-Tribal’s chief executive, Colin Woods said: “Nick’s extensive experience and expertise across asset classes, investment strategy and portfolio construction will be an asset to both PAN-Tribal and our clients.”

“I’ve been delighted by the positive response from dealer groups, platforms and advisers to the PAN-Tribal Global Equity Fund.

“Nick’s appointment will help us continue to build the business and grow funds under management,” he said.
