Doug Lee has returned to Macquarie Bank’s relaunched Australian mortgage business to head national sales after spending five years with the bank in North America.

Lee will head up the national mortgage sales team for the newly established Macquarie Bank Mortgage Solutions, after Tim Brown left the role last month to head Vow Financial.

Lee will oversee all business development managers who liaise with the independent financial advisers, as well as mortgage brokers.

He returned to Australia after five years with Macquarie in North America, most recently leading the Macquarie Canadian mortgages sales team.
