MyState appoints new directors
Publicly-listed wealth management group, MyState Limited has appointed two new non-executive directors.
The company announced today it had appointed Andrea Waters and Warren Lee to the board with effect from the close of the company’s annual general meeting on 19 October.
Waters is an experienced auditor and a former partner with KPMG and is currently a non-executive director with Cash Converters, Care Super, Bennelong Funds Management and Citywide Service Solutions.
Lee is a former AXA executive and was also chief executive of Victoria Funds Management and is currently a non-executive director of New Zealand’s Tower Limited.
MyState announced that non-executive director, Colin Hollingsworth would be retiring from the board at the annual general meeting on 19 October.
