IRESS promotes Lennon to Product role

Financial planning technology firm, IRESS has created a new position aimed its user experience strategy.

The company announced this week it had appointed Jacqui Lennon to the newly-created role of Product Executive, Wealth Management, stating that she would be responsible for IRESS's wealth management product strategy in Australia and internationally and report to Aaron Knowles, Group Executive, Product.

Commenting on the appointment, Knowles said Lennon would further strengthen the IRESS product team and that her experience in wealth management, strategy, advice technology and customer-led design complemented IRESS's focus on continuing to improve and invest in its market-leading solutions.

Her appointment to the newly-instituted Product role represents a promotion for Lennon who joined IRESS in July last year.

Prior to joining IRESS, Ms Lennon spent nine years at Macquarie Bank including in senior strategy and customer experience roles including Head of Customer Experience — Personal Banking. She has also worked with APRA, AMP and Decimal.
