Brad Fox confirmed as AFA CEO
The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) has confirmed that its immediate past president, Brad Fox, will succeed Richard Klipin as chief executive officer of the organisation.
Klipin's departure from the AFA was announced late last month and he will be joining ANZ's Millenium3 early in 2013.
Announcing Fox's formal appointment, AFA president Michael Nowak said Fox had played a pivotal role in helping shape the AFA over the past five years.
Fox, a former professional AFL player with the Essendon and Richmond Football clubs, was the Victorian general manager of the Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club before becoming a financial adviser.
Fox has sat on the AFA board since 2007.
