BGL launches property solution
Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) administration software provider, BGL Corporate Solutions has released a new commercial property-related product.
The company announced this week that, in combination with property information and analytics specialist firm, CoreLogic RP Data, it had released what it believes is Australia's first commercial property desktop assessment solution designed especially for SMSFs.
Commenting on the product, BGL managing director, Ron Lesh said the company's clients would now be able to request a SMSF commercial property desktop assessment for their clients' commercial property through BGL's Simple Fund software.
He said that once completed, the assessment would flow back into Simple Fund with a PDF report automatically attached to the appropriate fund.
CoreLogic head of Valuation Solutions, Chris Spanos said his firm had worked with its strategic partners, Propell National Valuers to release a unique solution at an industry-first price point.
