Acting Aon adviser network regional manager Jayson Walker will now take on the role of general manager for both Aon Wealth Management and Aon Financial Planning and Protection.

The newly-created role will see Walker manage the Aon network of over 200 advisers while also taking responsibility for all aspects of advice delivery.

“The change in the general manager role was created to provide clarity and focus in relation to advice distribution,” according to the managing director of both Aon companies, Pierre Kraft.

Walker has been acting as manager for Aon’s adviser network for two years.
