AMP executive joins FSC board
The Financial Services Council (FSC) has appointed AMP group executive insurance and superannuation Pauline Blight-Johnston to its board.
Blight-Johnston was previously on the board between February 2010 and November 2012, when she was leading RGA Reinsurance Company's Australia and New Zealand business.
She joined AMP in May 2013 where she looks after its risk insurance, retail superannuation, investment, pensions and platforms business portfolio.
The insurance and superannuation division came into being from 20 January 2014, with Blight-Johnston heading it.
Before RGA, she was the chief financial officer at Asteron Life. She was also at Tillinghast as a consulting actuary and with Morgan Stanley as an investment banker.
"With more than 20 years' experience in the financial services industry, Pauline brings a wealth of knowledge to the FSC board," FSC chairman Greg Cooper said.
