AXA Australia has launched an online tool that gives advisers the ability to track the progress of their clients’ insurance applications.

The Application Status Report provides real-time information on the progress of applications being examined by AXA’s underwriting team.

AXA sales and marketing general manager Adrian Emery said the initiative would keep advisers up-to-date with any amendments needed to be made in order to complete an application.

“The report makes our insurance underwriting more transparent and efficient, ensuring applications can progress as smoothly and as quickly as possible,” he said.

“Advisers can instantly pinpoint exactly what stage their clients’ applications are at and then take any action required to speed up or complete the process.

“In addition, one of the report’s practical advantages is its flexibility when it comes to integrating it into the existing insurance operations of adviser practices.”
