1. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are Financial Service Professionals. Money Management employees (and their families) are not eligible to enter.
2. Online entries can be made on the Money Management homepage through http://www.moneymanagement.com.au. All entries online must fill out the mandatory forms and areas.
3. Promotion commences Monday 4 April 2011. Entries close Friday 29 April 2011 at 5pm. The draw will take place at Midday, Tuesday 2 May 2011, at Reed Business Information, 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067. The winner will be notified by mail and published in the Money Management e-newsletter on Thursday 4 May 2011. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at Reed Business Information on Tuesday 2 August 2011 at noon subject to any written directions given under the Trade Promotions regulations of each state of Australia. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The prize includes an Apple iPad, valued at $879. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries that do not comply with these conditions of entry are ineligible.
5. Total prize is valued at $879. No part is refundable or redeemable for cash.
6. The prize excludes all domestic taxes and insurance, which are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
