The decision by Perennial Investment Partners to refund its investment management fee for August, September and October this year is flowing through to investors.
Skandia has announced that investors in the Perennial Australian Listed Property Securities Fund distributed on Skandia’s retail platform will receive the refund.
Skandia chief executive Ross Laidlaw said that Skandia welcomed the Perennial initiative and was pleased to pass on any rebate it received to investors.
Perennial’s fee rebate applies to all new investors between May 30 and July 31, 2007, who remain invested until October 31, 2007.
