Saxby digs for gold in marketing push
Saxby Bridge has signed up a number of sporting and entertainment identities in an effort to strengthen its brand presence in the market.
Benny Elias, Grant Kenny, Richard Wilkins and Lisa Curry among others have signed up with the marketing programme known as Saxby Gold. The identities will take part in seminars and advertising programmes alongside Saxby Bridge as well assisting with client meetings.
Saxby Bridge managing director Jeff Braysich says the identities asked a number of financial planning groups to tender for the partnership arrangement.
Each of the identities involved in Saxby Gold has been seeing a Saxby Bridge adviser for the past six months. Their job is to get the message across to the wider public the advantage of seeking financial advice from a professional.
"We think financial planning is for everyone," Braysich says.
"The programme illustrates our belief that a financial planner performs a similar role to a personal trainer. Sure you know how to lift a weight before seeing a personal trainer but you don't know how to put together a comprehensive fitness programme that is tailored to you."
