Perpetual rewards top BDMs
Perpetual Investments has rewarded two of its best performing business development managers with promotions following another raft of management changes which have accompanied a recent review of operations.
National master funds and wrap account manager Damian Crowley has been promoted to adviser distribution general manager. Crowley has spent seven years at Perpetual after starting out as NSW state manager.
Crowley takes on the role following retail head Gerard Doherty's promotion several months ago after incumbent Rodney Green left Perpetual. Doherty will continue his involvement with advisers, with Crowley managing the business development team's support and service of dealer groups and advisers.
Perpetual Investments national account manager Rory MacIntyre is also taking on additional responsibilities in distribution. This will include affinity marketing arrangements and looking at opportunities within the New Zealand financial planning market. McIntyre joined Perpetual Investments as a business development manager about six years ago.
In further changes resulting from the recent review, Perpetual Private Clients and Personal Financial Services division has also made three promotions.
Private Clients head of strategy, Paul Ryan, moves to product development general manager after more than 15 years with the group. Ryan will focus on the development of new products and services across the private clients, Wilson Dilworth and superannuation businesses.
Perpetual Private Clients technical services national manager Keith Drewery becomes NSW regional manager in charge of further developing the NSW business and managing the delivery of services to clients.
Strategy assistant to the managing director, Amanda Hagan, has been promoted to Personal Financial Services projects and planning national manager after two years in her previous role.
