Paradine new chair at Zurich
Former Asia-Pacific chairman of Marsh McLennan, Terry Paradine, is the new chairman of Zurich Financial Services Australia.
Paradine, who has been a non-executive director of Zurich, replaces Nancy Milne who had been chair of the big insurer for the past four years and a member for the past nine years.
Announcing the appointment of Paradine today, Zurich chief executive David Smith said the new chairman had an extensive background in the insurance industry, particularly insurance broking.
