Legg Mason included on BT Wrap
Distinctive Legg Mason product, the Legg Mason Australian Real Income Fund has been added to the BT Wrap platform.
The company said the fund had been added to both BT's Investment Wrap and SuperWrap.
The Legg Mason fund is regarded as distinctive because of its selection of real assets - listed property, infrastructure and utilities - with the goal of providing an income return 20 per cent higher than the yield of stocks in the S&P/ASX 200 Index.
Commenting on the inclusion of the fund on the BT Wrap, Legg Mason portfolio manager Ashton Reid said it reflected growing demand from advisers for new choices in the income space.
The Fund forms part of Legg Mason's income solution portfolios that have $521 million invested.
